Property description & features

DESCRIPTION
Anstey Close is a cul de sac at the edge of the village built by the local authority in the 1950s and number 23 is a typical example of houses from that era with solid walls and an excellent plot. The elevations are of mellow brick below a clay tiled roof and the windows are double glazed.
Internally is perfectly tidy and well kept although decoratively there is tremendous scope for updating and obviously subject to planning consent extending the accommodation outward and upwards into the loft space. At present the front door opens into the hall where the staircase is located and left is the sitting room which has wall lights, a door out to the garden and fireplace housing a gas fire and back boiler. The kitchen is big enough to dine in and is fitted with pine units and wood trim tops. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge, Indesit oven and halogen hob with an extractor hood above. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room and within it space and plumbing for a washing machine and space and a vent for a tumble dryer. Opposite the utility is a store room. The
main bathroom is downstairs and has a white suite, the wc with a concealed flush and beneath the sink vanity units. The bath has a mixer tap and hand held shower, there is a heated towel rail, the walls are tiled and the ceiling timber panelled.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, the largest bedroom has a cupboard and built in wardrobe and a brand new ensuite shower room.

OUTSIDE
The front lawn sits behind cast iron railings and gates. The driveway is initially shared then forks into a private drive ahead of the garage that has an up and over door.
Off the rear of the property is a substantial patio, a raised flower bed and then the lawn. There are a further two seating areas, one at the back adjacent a rockery and another behind the garage. In the corner is an 8 x 8 wooden shed. All of the garden is bordered by mature trees and shrubs.

    Broadband availability and predicted speed

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
