We have loved living on the Belvedere Park Development. We moved here in 2018 having found it very difficult finding a spacious modern flat close to a station - it takes only 30 minutes to get to central London from here, which will massively improve with Crossrail imminent. Furthermore, the Dartford River Crossing / M25 is a short easy drive from here - giving us quick access to Kent, the south east, and beyond; the o2 and Blackwall Tunnel are also an easy drive from here.<br /><br />Everything has been really convenient for us here as we have a gym (Snap Fitness), family pub (Marston’s The Morgan), supermarket (Lidl), coffee shop (Starbucks) and DIY shop (Screwfix) in the development, not to mention Asda and B&Q also close by. <br /><br />We have spent many sunny afternoons strolling and cycling along the Thames path, or relaxing in the nearby nature reserve. We are now ready to move and take our next steps on the property ladder.
