As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a recently updated shower room to the left, with an easy to walk in shower, perfectly placed toilet and full sink the room would not be out of place in a nice hotel.
There is a large cupboard in the main hallway as you walk out of the shower room which is where most tenants house their fridge/ freezer. the door to the left of this leads into the living room.
The living room is very good size and will happily house your sofa, arm chair and TV. With enough space for a table and chairs plus a couple of other furnishings this room is perfect for a person that enjoys lots of natural sunlight and great views from full length windows.
The recently modernised kitchenette has plenty of work surface to prepare your daily meals. The room contains a sink and a double ringed ceramic hob. With plenty of cupboards for cutlery and utensils plus food storage it is like a lovely holiday home.
The last room in the apartment is the Bedroom with two full length windows suited on two different walls this room is doused in natural light. If you have ever wanted to wake to beautiful views then you will love this bedroom. Benefiting of a double fitted wardrobe and storage heating this is a very well organised area and is easy to place your bedroom furnishing's.
Homepine House has an age requirement of 55 years of age and over. They have emergency call units in each apartment and have staff on call at all times. With the fact the building has one of the best community rooms and entertaining team there is opportunities to mix with other residents or just enjoy time on your own.
Set in front of the Clifton Gardens which residents can use at their leisure and a short walk to The Leas over looking the sea this property is the perfect location for anyone who wants to enjoy time by the sea whilst being close to all the local restaurants and bars for that all year round holiday feeling.
