Intro Brown &Co are delighted to offer a prestigious development in the very heart of historic Kings Lynn, close to the town centre and mainline station to Ely, Cambridge and London. Situated on Purfleet Quay, with views over the incredible Customs House and Purfleet Quay, the development offers a mix of SIX individual properties.
Description Unit 2a is a two bedroom, two bathroom town house located off the courtyard. The property has a reception hallway, large open plan period reception room with fireplace (not in use) open plan to kitchen with a stunning stone mullion window allowing light to flood in. There are two further floors each with a bedroom and bathroom facility with the first floor also having a laundry room and study space on the landing.
The properties are situated on King's Lynn Purfleet Quay which was the heartbeat of this incredible town and home to the Grade I Listed Custom House - regarded as one of the most 'perfect'* buildings in the country (*Nikolaus Pevsner - author of The Buildings of England).
All remaining properties are available for viewing by appointment.
Kings Lynn The town is well served by excellent shops and banking facilities and is famous for the King's Lynn Art Festival in the summer. There are frequent train services to Ely, Cambridge and London. It is the only British town with two medieval guildhalls, one of which, The Guild of Holy Trinity, was built in the 1420s in the Saturday Market Place. It is essentially a town of substantial private houses of the 15th and 16th centuries, many remodelled in the 17th and 18th centuries. Its historic core between the Saturday Market on the south and the Tuesday Market on the north is remarkably untouched and these properties sit right n the middle of the two. Cambridge is 45 miles and Ely is 31 miles by road. The town also has a mainline station to London.
Services Mains water, electricity and drainage. Local Authority King's Lynn Borough Council. Tax Band – TBC

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
