The front door gives access to the reception hall with stairs leading to the upper level. Off the hall is the dining room with further access to the lounge and the rear garden. The dining room itself has been beautifully restored, the french doors allow an abundance of light to flood through whilst the log burner adds a sense of cosiness to the room. Much like the dining room, the lounge is well appointed, with the open fireplace and bay window making this a relaxing space to help you unwind after a busy day. At the other end of the property is the kitchen/breakfast room - with a range of base and wall units, built in modern appliances and the dual aspect windows – this feels like the ideal space to let your cooking skills run wild. From the kitchen a door gives access to the rear lobby with further doors to the side and to the family bathroom.
Following the stairs to the upper level, the landing gives access to two double bedrooms, both of which are really well presented and the smaller of the two being used as a dressing room – but should you need it to be a bedroom again all you need to do is put a bed in it.
The outside space is of a great size. The front garden is low maintenance and offers ample off street parking space. A gate leads to further parking, the garage and rear garden. The double garage benefits from power and light and leads to a workshop/garden room, which, with windows and french doors to the rear could be a great annexe or a home office. The garden room opens onto a decking area with access to a hot tub – a wonderful place to relax in the evening. There is also a further decking area and the majority of the garden is laid to lawn, surrounded by flower beds and mature shrubs.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
