Property description & features

  • Tenure: Freehold
In excess of 1118 Sq. Ft/103 Sq. is this stunning three double bedroom Victorian terrace situated amoungst a collection of peaceful residential streets.

The frontage features a distinguished red brick with solid period style front door.

Internally the property is presented in good decorative order boasting many period features. Upon entering this wide hallway entrance, you'll instantly notice the original tessellated Edwardian tiled floor. There is a downstairs cloakroom with an additional cupboard housing the washing machine and useful storage space. The reception room has original wooden flooring, high ceilings with original cornice, dado rail and picture rail. Large windows draw an abundance of natural light which provides a light and airy feel throughout.
There is a spacious kitchen diner which is fully integrated and enjoys wooden flooring with doors leading to the south facing garden which is part patio and laid to lawn.

The first floor level offers three fantastic bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is scope to extend into the loft space subject to planning permission.

Being within the catchment area for the highly regarded Belmont Infant and Primary School this wonderful property is perfect for those looking for a large, charming and comfortable family home in this popular North London location. Conveniently located for access to Turnpike Lane and Wood Green underground stations. Friendly local community with monthly play streets and annual street party (pre-Covid)

The Owners Say:

As soon as we saw the amazing tiled hallway, we knew this house was the one. We love its high ceilings, period features and sense of space – there’s a bright, light feel throughout and the sun streams in through the garden doors all day long.

We’ll miss looking out at the leafy views (and the local flock of parrots!), watching the girls run riot in their ‘treehouse’ and spending long summer evenings out on the patio. This patch is surprisingly peaceful, yet just 10 minutes’ walk from the tube and all the hustle and bustle of Green Lanes.

Most of all, we’ll miss the friendly and welcoming community round here – with its lovely local school, monthly playstreets and annual street party. We’re lucky enough to know many of our neighbours and will be very sad to say goodbye.
