We have a maintenance fee at £150 PCM (managed by all flat owners under Westholme Ltd) which covers cleaning of communal areas fortnightly, gardener, window cleaner (quarterly) and remainder goes into a pot. There are usually meetings 3-4 times a year between all flat owners about the accounts and discussion of any issues/work that needs to be done.

Another important thing to mention to anyone viewing - we have a friendly but curious cat who will likely make an appearance when people are viewing! Technically no pets are allowed in the flats (and we haven't told the neighbours!) so it might be worth subtly mentioning this. We acquired him during lockdown so this is another reason we want to move!

Directions:
From Watersons Hale Office, proceed along Ashley Road through Hale Village, in the direction of Hale Station continuing over the Crossings to the traffic lights. Proceed straight across the traffic lights into Stamford Road and at the top of Stamford Road turn right into The Firs by the Griffin and Stamford Arms Public Houses. The Westholme Apartment Development will be found on the right hand side.
