It is easily accessed being just 15 minutes from a motorway exit, 15 minutes from the TGV train station and 25 minutes from Nîmes international airport.

The buildings are set at the heart of the property and form a closed courtyard with an imposing cast iron gate and central fountain. One of the wings has been converted into a large banquet or seminar hall. The second wing comprises a vast 180 m² hangar, requiring complete renovation, but offering numerous possibilities.

The traditional style winery forms part of the central courtyard to the north. It has a total capacity of 12 000 hl in a range of cement, stainless steel, enamelled steel and fibreglass tanks. The winery is well equipped with tubular heat exchange unit, double pneumatic press, temperature control and rotary vacuum filter.

Certified as being of « High Environmental Value », the estate spreads over 90 contiguous hectares. The vines are planted in high quality rolled pebble soil from the quaternary era (Villafranchian), similar to the revered terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyard is well maintained and planted with quality varietals, 80% of which being noble varieties.
