The land can be accessed by a hard track from Rough Lea via Hunwick Cricket Club. The Western boundary borders the former railway line which is now a Bridleway.

The land is shown edged red on the attached plan. The boundaries are stock proof fencing. The vendor is prepared to sell smaller parcels for pony paddocks if required but the purchaser will be responsible for sub dividing and erecting a stock proof fence around the purchased land.

Basic Payment Scheme
