1. Permitted Payments - We will charge tenants for the following during your tenancy (please note, this does not include any costs incurred for breaking the tenancy or damages to the property): 1) Missed or late rent (this cannot exceed 3% above the Bank of England's annual percentage rate for each day the payment is outstanding). 2) Change of tenancy. This includes any changes that require a new tenancy to be drafted, including if a tenant gets a pet during a tenancy or if there is a change of sharer. This will be charged at £50. 3) Lost keys. 2. Holding Deposits - All of our rental properties require a Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent. The Tenant is entitled for this Holding Deposit to be repaid within 15 calendar days of their application proceeding.
