Located in a very peaceful and quite area. Every tenant has had a pleasant stay. Very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. 

WHAT DID THE PREVIOUS TENANTS SAY ABOUT THE PROPERTY?: "This property has been our home for many years, we are relocating due to work demands. During our stay, we have built many memories here.

My personal favourite has been the garden which gave lots of space to enjoy the summer months outdoors. There was a park opposite as well which was great! Also, the Barbeques were fantastic!

Also, the location gave us easy access to anywhere we need to get to. It was a good escape from the city life and the neighbours made our stay pleasant. We rarely used our car as everything was so nearby! It's been a very practical play to stay in and the facilities nearby made things very easy. We've seen it like our home and took good care of it"  

WHO IS THE LANDLORD?: A property investor who is enthusiastic about getting young people get into employment and a community team player. Very friendly and prompt to fix should any issue occur. This is an investment property hence is available for as long term as required!  

WHO ARE THE NEIGHBOURS?: The property to the left and right are both occupied by full time working couples. They are very friendly, working during the day and sleep during the night... Easy to talk to… just say Hello…
