The Grounds:

The Chalet:

The chalet has 3 floors and a wine cellar totalling 300m2 all converted to a high specification. The ground floor entrance hall has ample storage space for shoes and coats leading to the lounge area. The lounge/games room has a table to seat 9 people perfect for board games and afternoon tea. It also has a large sofa opposite another wood burning stove. The dining room has a breakfast buffet and a large table seating 12. The huge original beams have been left exposed throughout the property to maintain its authentic character.  The kitchen has large work surfaces perfect for serving meals to clients. It has two ovens and 8 hobs. All fixtures and fittings are to be sold with the chalet. There is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

The 1st floor has the second toilet and shower room and 4 ample sized double/twin rooms. There is a large sun terrace perfect for summer afternoons and evening meals with space enough for a table, chairs and sun beds. The 2nd floor has a further two double bedrooms with stunning views of the mountains from both with en-suite shower/toilets. There are also two large store rooms on this floor.  All the bedrooms face south and benefit from a lot of sun during the day.

The whole chalet has double glazing and electric heaters and was fully insulated with polyurethane foam during its renovation. With this and the 2 ft thick walls the chalet maintains the heat in the winter and keeps cool during the summer. The chalet has also been converted to 3 phase electricity for peak periods during the winter when the hot tub, ovens and two large boilers are in use for shower time. Parking isn't a problem around the chalet as many of the roads neighbouring the chalet have ample space for parking.
