We've spent 5 very happy years in this flat and absolutely adore the area and surroundings. The garden is a real sun-trap and we lovingly re-landscaped the garden a couple of years ago, adding decking to make the most of the sunniest spot. We also love the versatility of the flat. The built-in shelving, cupboards and television units both in the front and back provide lots of storage space but also mean that you can switch around the layout really easily, choosing to have an extra reception space, as we have done, or to use both front rooms as a bedrooms.

In the winter we love using the functioning fireplace; an original feature that makes the flat extra homely.
