Holly Cottage is located within 7 miles of the historic Market Place at the heart of Devizes and Bath, Bristol and Salisbury are all within an hour's drive. Stibb Hill is a much sought after location which sits beneath Salisbury Plain which affords wonderful walking and riding opportunities. In the close vicinity there are excellent primary schools in West Lavington and nearby Great Cheverell, a first class secondary at Market Lavington and, in the private sector, Dauntsey's which is within a mile and St Mary's and St Margaret's, Calne, Marlborough, Stonar and Warminster. The village of Market Lavington is within a couple of miles drive where doctor's surgeries, a library, hairdressers, post office and butcher, several good pubs, grocery stores and two churches will be found. From The Market Place in Devizes, head out in the direction of Salisbury on the A360. You will pass through the villages of Potterne, Littleton Pannell and then into West Lavington. Go right through the village, past the shop and doctor's surgery and as the road bends to the right, turn left onto Duck Street and at the end turn right onto Stibb Hill, Holly Cottage is ¼ of a mile on the left.

Holding Deposit (per tenancy)


One week's rent. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).


Security Deposit (per tenancy. Rent under £50,000 per year)


Five weeks' rent. This covers damages or defaults on the part of the tenant during the tenancy.

Unpaid Rent

Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord's costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
