TENANTS GUIDE TO THE NEW TENANT FEE ACT 2019 AND PERMITTED CHARGES FOR AGENTS

Under the terms of the Tenant Fee Act, if you enter into an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, payments which apply will be as follows.
