You can even park your boat in the boat hole which is recessed into the sea wall. You then simply ascend the steps directly from the sand up to your paved veranda and front door.

You enter the home into the hallway via the stable UPVC front door which can be altered to tilt or open the top half, the door allows you can open the top stable door to hear the ocean penetrate through the home.
