Brick Kiln Woodland extends to 16.47 acres (6.67 ha) in total and is an attractive and unique parcel of productive woodland which will appeal to both forestry investors and those looking for amenity purposes. The woodland is predominantly mixed broadleaves including oak sweet chestnut and birch, with a proportion of mixed conifer including larch and scotch pine It also benefits from a grass paddock area of open ground amounting to an acre or thereabouts.
