We've loved living here the past -3.5 years. It's been exciting to watch the area grow with the reopening of the stadium and all the opportunities that have come with it. We have some lovely coffee shops on our doorstep in Sage and Fieldseat. Great pubs in the Beehive with its huge garden, the Bluecoats (awesome burger), the quirky High Cross and community owned Antwerp Arms. We're spoilt for choice for great dog walks with Bruce Castle Park, the Recreation Ground and the marshes all close by. I also highly recommend the martinis over at Mona's cocktail bar.

The apartment itself has been a fantastic first home for us. Having lots of friends and family outside of London it's been easy for them to get to us with Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale and Bruce Grove all nearby. We've made excellent use of the spare room and hosted many a party in the open plan living area. New Year's Eve from the roof terrace is an awesome sight watching the whole London skyline lit up with fireworks.

I've never felt such a sense of community in London as living here (in a decade and four boroughs). Being able to get into central London in -25 minutes whilst retaining a real sense of community has been perfect for us. We'll be sad to leave the building and our lovely neighbours, but don't plan on going far."
