As well as paying your contractual rent payments you may also be required to make the following permitted payments outlined below:

Permitted Payments:

1. Before the tenancy starts (payable to {Goldfinch Estate Agent} 'the agent') A one off Holding Deposit equal to one weeks rent. 3. During the tenancy (payable to the agent)

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

Payment of £15 plus vat per hour for the reasonably incurred costs of recovering for the loss of keys/security devices.

Change to a tenancy at an agreed fee of no more than £50 plus vat for changes such as making a change to the tenancy to allow pets to be kept in the property, a change of sharer in a joint tenancy or any other amendment which alters the obligations of the agreement.

Early termination fee: should you as tenant request to bring your tenancy to a premature end, reasonable fees will be charged but will not exceed the loss incurred by the landlord (either loss in rent and/or the costs for re-advertising). In this instance you will also be liable to contractual rent payments until a suitable replacement tenant is found.
