As well as the loose boxes there is a large indoor yard used to store hay and straw put could be used to house young stock or wintering foals. There is a Rug Room with boiler, Vet Room, two Tack Rooms and Wash Box with hot water.

Outdoor Manège: located immediately south of the main barn complex, with a sand and rubber surface. The school measures 50m X 25m with post and rail fencing. There is flood lighting off the main complex towards the school.

Running between the main barn and the manège and continuing up the steady incline are the former gallops extending to 3.5 furlongs in length. The gallops have not been used by the current owners but have previously had an all-weather surface covered with woodchip. The gallops could easily be reinstated as the membrane and drainage remain in place.

Clarendon Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Teffont, occupying a wonderful position in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and one of the most beautiful villages within the Nadder Valley. The property is nestled midway between the larger villages of Chilmark to the west and Dinton to the east.

The area is renowned for its shooting and fishing providing some of the best chalk fishing in the region, notably on the River Nadder. The area is also very popular with equine enthusiasts due to the excellent network of bridleways, accessibility to local competition venues, racecourses within easy reach at Salisbury, Wincanton, Bath and Exeter, with local point to point courses at Larkhill, Milborne Port and Badbury Rings.

The A303 lies a short distance to the north providing access to the West Country and to London, via the M3. There is a main line railway station in Tisbury some four miles to the west, providing a fast, direct line to London Waterloo.

An excellent range of schools can be found in the region with Godolphin, Bishop Wordsworth & South Wilts in Salisbury; Sandroyd, Port Regis & St Mary’s in Shaftesbury.

The land is free draining, gently sloping chalkland that has been laid to productive pasture, extending to approximately 43 acres (17.40 hectares) all contained within a mature planted boundary and divided into a number of post and rail fenced paddocks. The current owners have since owning the property implemented a re-fencing programme over the farm.

The ground provides excellent turnout facilities, produces plenty of good quality grazing and the ability to take annual cuts of meadow hay. There are water connections to all of the paddocks and in the upper section of the land. In the paddock adjacent to the manège is a specially built Derby Bank.

From Salisbury: head west, in Wilton, turn onto the A30 and follow until the village of Barford St. Martin. Then turn right onto the B3089. Stay on this road through the villages of Dinton, Teffont Evias and Teffont Magna. Upon leaving the village of Teffont Magna, the road begins to climb and the entrances to Clarendon Farm are located on the left hand side. The entrance to the house is third entrance.
