The flat is located on a peaceful road only 5 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Church St (where you'll find plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and independent shops to keep you busy.) Also its just 10 minutes walk to Clissold Park which is a great place to chill out and 10 minutes to West Resevoir Centre (where they have an indoor climbing centre and sailing lessons, etc.)

Also its 5 minutes to Abney Park Cemetery - whichy is very atmospheric. There are plenty of local events going on around Stoke Newington, for example a Farmers' Market every Saturday on Stoke Newington High St (15 mins walk).

How quickly you can travel to key places - It's 10 minutes door-to-door by bus (route 106) to Finsbury Park (or 20 minutes walk). 5 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Church Street. 10 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Station (trains go every 15 minutes to Liverpool St Station - which take 15 minutes from SN station to Liverpool St). Dalston/Shoreditch takes about 20 minutes by bus.

How quickly you can walk to key places - The nearest bus stop is on Manor Road and takes about 1 minute to walk. Its 5 minutes walk to Church St (and nearest pub, Daniel Defoe). 20 minutes walk to Finsbury Park station, or 15 minutes walk to Manor House tube station. 10 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Train Station. 10 minutes walk to Morrisons Supermarket. 10 minutes walk to Stoke Newington High Street (where you'll find a further plethora of bars, turkish restaurants and more.)

I love the fact the apartment is so close to Church St. It's well-proportioned rooms and a well designed purpose built flat, located on the top floor, so you only have neighbours to the side and below. Its a peaceful block of flats and I have nice neighbours.
