The local planning authority is Braintree District Council. Planning Permission and Listed Building consent will be required. An application will need to be submitted once proposed uses and specifications are agreed. It is expected that obtaining planning permission will take 3-6 months.
Who bears the costs of the planning application will depend on the terms agreed.
An Energy Performance Certificate will be obtained once the buildings are converted.
