The main bathroom has a vanity unit with mirror. The central heating boiler is housed in a separate cupboard. The gas central heating has thermostatically controlled radiators with heated towel rails in the bathrooms.

The static home has a prime location on the park. In a woodland setting with a large grassy area outside. It has close proximity to all of the park facilities, bar, restaurant, health club, swimming pools, supermarket and reception. There is also regular children's and adult entertainment in the entertainment suite with outdoor cinema twice a week.
