Having looked at so many badly converted flats and apartments in big blocks with ridiculous fees, I had nearly given up when I stumbled on this one.

The security of being on the first floor was a must and then everything else has just been a huge bonus. There is a real sense of privacy here with trees and green to the front and the view to the recreation ground at the rear.

This really has been the best of both worlds, quiet and set back from the road and yet local shops close by and the town just a five minute drive away.
