The tenant will be required to carry out testing on an ongoing basis every third year of their occupation and at the end of the tenancy. The tenancy will require the soil indices to be at least as good at the end of the tenancy as at the beginning. Dilapidations will be charged is there is a deterioration but no betterment will be paid.
