Variation of Contract (Tenants Request)

Where a tenant wishes to amend a tenancy agreement (for example adding or removing a tenant from the tenancy agreement) at their request a fee will be charged to cover the costs of preparation and execution of new legal documents.


Early Tenancy Termination

Where a tenant wishes to terminate their tenancy before the agreement end date they will be subject to paying the landlords set-up fee as well as all due rent up until the start date of the replacement tenancy.
