The farm is accessed directly from Vaggs Lane with a fenced gravel and concrete parking area at the entrance.
Closest to the entrance of the farm is a charming traditional red brick barn under a slate roof, with an old forge and a bull pen. Adjoining the brick barn is a row of concrete block stables. The barn, subject to obtaining planning consent, could be used for a wide variety of purposes and has huge potential.
There are two blocks of stables, in front of a useful steel frame open span hay barn which could be used for a wide variety of purposes.
The large single storey former pig barn contains an additional 20 internal stables.
In total there are 30 stables at Vaggs Farm, with 20 stables currently used for the DIY livery business run by the vendors.
The site of the old walled orchard is used as an outdoor manège with a woodchip surface.
All the land at Vaggs Farm is Grade 3 loamy soil, down to grass and divided into manageable sized paddocks, bordered by mature hedgerows. The paddocks are divided further by wire and electric fencing for rotating the grazing. A hard core track running through the farm means all the fields are easily accessible. All the fields are supplied with a mains water supply.
The land running along the western boundary is a mixture of woodland and scrub through which the Danes Stream runs.
Vaggs Farm lies within the New Forest National Park.
