There is also the benefit of a communal lounge area, that is used for social gatherings and events for the residents if they wish to participate.
An estate manager is on site Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The apartment is also a stone's throw away from Withdean park and local bus services into the centre of Brighton.

Lots of activities to join in from darts, cards, coffee mornings and even bacon roll mornings. Frequent cream teas and other activities at the moment a cheese and wine evening is being organised.
The garden is great to sit in when the weather is sunny. This flat overlooks withdean park.
Although the train line runs alongside you get used to it very quickly and when the windows are shut you are not aware of them.
