Property description

Delightful 3-bed detached house in the sought-after village of Ryeish Green. In a quiet area and close enough to Reading and the M4 for the commute but with open fields to the front and a large, maintained garden to the rear, plus plenty of parking, this property would suit professionals who want a comfortable home to relax in with plenty of space to entertain at the weekends.

There is a large open plan lounge/dining area that opens into the garden, modern kitchen and utility room with dishwasher and other white goods, gas hob and space for a breakfast table, two large double bedrooms, the Master having access Juliet-style to the bathroom, and a single third bedroom. There is space for 2-3 cars at the front plus a garage, and the rent includes a regular gardener to keep the outside space tidy to allow time to enjoy the garden rather than have to tend it.

The property has been decorated and is available immediately. Please get in touch if you wish to arrange a viewing.
