From Dorchester take the A352 towards Wareham passing through the village of Broadmayne until you reach the Warmwell roundabout. Go straight over the roundabout (signposted Owermoigne) and follow until you reach the left hand turning, signed Owermoigne, into Kitts Lane. Continue along this road, passing by the village green and church on your right; as you go around the left hand bend you will see Springbank House, No 5 Moreton Road, on your left.
