“It was the high specification and the light, airy feel of this apartment coupled with the brilliant location which led me to purchase this apartment,” says the vendor. “The position just 0.7 miles from the station was essential as I commute to London and easy access to Bristol along the Lower Bristol Road were key factors in my decision. It is so lovely to be able to walk into Bath with its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and not to have to take the car. Moorland Road is 0.5 miles away where there is a Co-op and Sainsbury’s and useful shops like Francis DIY which is a brilliant hardware shop.”
She continues: “The building is very stylish, Bath stone with great design and many unique touches. There are fourteen apartments here, with four floors and we are on the second floor. I particularly like the lovely wide hall which gives such a feeling of space as you enter the apartment. It has glass dividing doors so if you are having a party you can open out the doors into the open plan kitchen/dining /living space, or it can be closed off, like a separate room. The kitchen is a high end Bulthaup kitchen, with integrated Miele appliances, and the two bathrooms have Laufen sanitary ware, Vado taps and fittings and Imola porcelain tiles. The curtains in the bedroom are electronically operated by remote control. The large windows in the living area are also wired up for electronically operated curtains, but I chose not to put them in. There is underfloor heating and triple glazing."
“One of the best things about the apartment is the full height floor to ceiling triple glazed windows with wonderful vistas of sky and trees. The sense of light and space is incredible here. There are Juliet balconies to all the bedrooms and the sitting room has a sliding door/window, so the room feels very open.”

“The communal garden is south facing, a lovely sunny space which is partly paved and partly laid to grass. I also have a secure underground parking pace and an electronic fob entry system for the main door to the building and to the flat itself. It has been a very easy apartment to live in, I travel a lot and can always just lock up the apartment without worrying about it. The location so close to the centre of Bath has been amazing as well.”
