Property description

Stonerush Lakes is a twenty-eight acre development of luxurious cedar-clad lodges set in a hidden valley around lakes and streams. There is a restaurant on site and lots of rural walks. Built by Charteroak, the lodges are designed for luxurious living with private timber decks, hot tubs and open plan living. The lodges have double glazed windows and doors, LPG gas fired boilers providing the central heating and are well insulated. Each lodge has its own off road parking area.

5, Stonerush Valley is set in a private location within the estate, located overlooking the stream with a 42 foot timber deck and sunken hot tub to compliment. The lodge will continue the residue of the remaining 125 year licence agreement and included within the sale are the fixtures and fittings.

The lodge is well presented with a generous hallway leading into a spacious lounge/kitchen/dining room, with an attention-grabbing designer Hotpod wood burning stove making a fantastic feature point in the lounge. Master bedroom with en suite and a family bathroom and twin bedroom.

5 Stonerush Valley can be used as a second home or holiday home.

Location:
Stonerush Lakes is located two miles from the small village of Lanreath and approximately eight miles from Looe, Polperro and Fowey, ideally located for exploring the south coast of Cornwall.

Fowey is a bustling sailing port on the Fowey Estuary on the South Cornish coast, set in stunning countryside, with dramatic beaches nearby. Known for its sailing, walks, stunning views, and vibrant streets, Fowey is a gem in Cornwall.

Access out of Cornwall is easy, via road on the A38, via rail at the nearby main line station of Par and by air, with Newquay Airport.

Directions:
From Fowey take the Bodinnick ferry across the estuary and follow the road for a number of miles until you reach the junction with the B3359.

Turn left and then turn left after a short distance signed Stonerush and Bocaddon.

Follow this road bearing left at the grass triangle and at the fork bare left. Follow this road down into Stonerush Valley and proceed down to The Old Mill Reception.
