  • Holding Deposit


    Following a viewing with Bradley & Co, should the applicant decide to apply for the rental the applicant is required to pay a holding fee of no more than ONE WEEKS rent in order to secure the property


    and take it off the market whilst references are being carried out.


    The holding deposit will hold the property for a maximum period of 15 days (unless agreed in writing by both the landlord and the tenant for an extension). A tenancy must be entered into within the agreed time frame otherwise the holding fee will need to be refunded to the tenant and the property placed back on the market.


    The holding fee will be refunded against the rent if the application is successful. The holding deposit is non-refundable in the following circumstances;

    3.            If the tenant provides us false information with regards to references

    If the landlord withdraws from the property, the holding deposit will be refunded to the tenant.
