This stunning and deceptively spacious home hides behind a modest exterior, but once inside, you will be amazed with everything it has to offer. Having been expertly extended by the current owner, the property now features adaptable accommodation to suit a variety of buyers, but most importantly, has the benefit of being able to house two separate generations of the same family.
As you enter the property, the large porch area offers you two options. To the left is the annexe with its two bedrooms and a huge living room with inglenook styled fireplace along with a spacious kitchen/dining room and utility room with separate wet room and W/C. To the right the main property features 4 bedrooms, a separate Sitting room as well as its own kitchen / breakfast room with utility room. Both properties have access to the large rear garden and share the copious driveway which has more than enough space for five or six cars, not to mention the double garage which offer plenty of storage options.
This unique opportunity is certainly one not to be missed especially for larger families or those seeking a house where you can have the convenience of living with extended family but still want the privacy of your own space and front door. The property is located on the outskirts of town with the local shops and schools all within easy walking distance. Looks can most definitely be deceiving so don't judge this book by its cover! Come and take a look inside and prepare to be blown away with everything it has to offer.
What the Owner says:
This property has been in my family for many years and over time it has changed and got a lot bigger. The original bungalow sat on a huge plot and we had planned on knocking it down and redeveloping the whole site. However, the local council had alternative ideas so we ended up adding a large annexe connected to the main property. We also added the double garage and bought an extra piece of garden to the rear so we had extra space for the kids to play in. In recent years, the property has got far too big for me as it really needs a large family to move in and make full use of its accommodation. It would be easy for two generations of the same family to live here independently of one another or maybe you could let one half of the property out to gain an income?
