Fenstanton is a fantastic village to live and has a lot of various amenities to offer, there is a number of local pubs, shops, and a local bakery. It is located just of the A14 so there are great links into Cambridge, the M11 and beyond. It has a direct bus links to both Cambridge, St Ives a nearby town and the guided busway is also close by and easily assessable.  

It has a wide mix of property types from character cottages along Chequers Street to the new build properties in Appletree Close built by David Wilson Homes and completed in 2017. The centre of the village you will find the Grade II Listed Fenstanton Clock tower/Lock up which dates back to the 17th century and is the hub of the village centre.  It has a lot of community events as you would expect from a village of its size with Fenstanton Sports Day as the main local event.
