The beautiful views encompass Gerrans Bay to Nare Head and across the sea to Dodman Point (on clearer days) and in a southerly direction, across National Trust owned countryside to the coast and sea. This wonderful investment benefits from delightful wooded walks plus the use of an indoor swimming pool with sauna and spa pool, and a slipway with boat mooring (at a separate charge). Offering peace and seclusion, this lodge is well presented and cared for throughout. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is light and spacious along with a 21ft decked area and a covered balcony off the master bedroom, both with delightful views. The lodge is not holiday let by our clients although it has the potential for an income if required. The lodges can be used all year round, (with a limitation that they can only be occupied for up to 3 months at a time) Viewing is unhesitatingly recommended.
