STUDENT FLAT

We offer student accommodation in West London for the academic year, normally September until June, for students and visiting professors. Flats for Internship are also available in the summer period (a minimum stay of 4 weeks gets better rates). All our flats are self-contained and our rental price includes central heating (October - 31 March), constant hot water, taxes and TV license. Broadband Internet is also available.


All our apartments are self-contained, with their own kitchen and bathroom, and are fully-furnished and equipped, with kitchenware and appliances and color satellite TV. All of our apartments are also fitted with a washing machine. Internet connection is also available We offer accommodation from Sept (or end Aug) to June (9 months minimum, so 10 months are okay) or end Aug/Sept up to Sept (so 12 months max) All rent is calculated and paid per month not per week Our studios range from £1150 to £1400 per month depending on size Our one-bedrooms range from £1300 to £1750 per month depending on size These prices include central heating, hot water / water rates, and TV licence. We can arrange the council tax discount if you provide us with a full-time status student certificate. Not included is electricity (lights, appliances, dependent on usage, normally about £20 per month) and Wifi (£25 per month). All our apartments are located in Craven Hill Gardens W2 3ES, close to Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington train station. Here are a selection of more flats so you get a rough idea of what we have. Examples - studios: For £1150 ground floor For £1200 lower ground For £1350 lower ground - one-bedrooms: For £1300 3rd floor For £1400 2nd floor For £1600 3rd floor We do not charge a deposit but we do charge a fixed end cleaning fee of £400 per studio and £500 per one-bed and admin fee equivalent to one week's rent. We would also ask you to pay rent up until end of November at the beginning of the tenancy and then each month is paid one month in advance, so we ask you to pay December's rent on the 1st of November and so on. We do not accept credit cards so rent is paid in cash at our office across the street by the rental due date. We also manage your electricity bill for you, so that would be paid at our office too. We also accept deliveries here for you for when you are out. Many of our tenants use this service for large packages and signed for items. If you would like to book, we require £1000 holding deposit which is deducted off the initial payment on arrival. We have several students each year staying with us, and our accommodation has CCTV on front doors, intercom system, and all the other people in the building are our tenants so both the building and area are safe.
