It’s a great space for bring up a growing family.  What is a really great feature is that the open plan style still allows for defined spaces; the lounge to dining room doors can be closed so the lounge becomes a cosy, quiet retreat whilst the dining room transforms into a sizeable space for a dinner with family and friends. Upstairs, the four bedrooms have given us the freedom to have family to stay and as a study for flexible homeworking. 


Our home is in a really convenient location, easy walking distance to Olton train station and the NEC/Resorts World, Birmingham International train station and Birmingham airport are only 15 minutes’ drive away. There is a news agents on the corner for a forgotten bottle of milk or loaf of bread and there are 3 major supermarkets a few minutes’ drive away. Our neighbours are wonderful and there have been fantastic street parties in recent years. Our move is work related and it will be a real challenge to find a property and community that we will love as much as here.
