DESCRIPTION
Portencalzie is an excellent dairy farm extending to a total of 333 acres (134 Ha), with a modern Five Bedroom Farmhouse and an extensive range of traditional and modern buildings. The dairy system is currently based on milking 180 Fleckvieh cows through 3 robots installed in 2010. There is a cubicle Shed for 127 head with automatic scrapers and an adjacent straw bedded court for a further 60 head. LOCATION
Portencalzie is located 9.5 miles north east of Stranraer. The areas climatic conditions are influenced by the Gulf Stream and therefore the fertile land is well known for both early and late grass production.   

DIRECTIONS
From Stranraer follow the A718 sign posted Kirkcolm. Continue through the village of Kirkcolm onto the B738 for 1.3 miles, turn right sign posted "Corsewall" and continue for approximately 0.5 miles turning right again signposted "Lady Bay / Portencalzie. After 0.3 miles turn right signposted "Lady Bay". The entrance to Portencalzie will be found on the left hand side at the end of the lane.
