The neighbours enjoy right of access over the drive/road so access cannot be blocked. The rear garden is enclosed and laid mainly to lawn with mature shrub borders. There is a lovely secluded section accessed via French doors from the living room behind the garage. Of particular note in the rear garden is a mature Walnut tree.
