From St Blazey head towards St Austell and at the top of the hill just before the Four Lords public house turn left into Trenovissick Road. Follow the road down then turn right in front of the recreation ground onto Lamellyn Road. Follow the road to the end and then turn to the right on to the lane. Follow the lane and turn into the second drive on the left hand side and the property will be found on the lower side of the courtyard.
