All bills are included in the weekly rent, meaning there's no headache in organising them yourself. Laundry facilities are also available.

Within the building there are 3 different types of studio available. Each of these are detailed below on a 50-week tenancy.

• Premium+ Studio – 24-28m2 square metres - £180 per week
• Luxury Studio – 28-33 square metres - £190 per week
