This is a lovely and inviting Studio flat with all your self catering needs. This property has an open plan lounge/modern fitted kitchen and separate bathroom with bath, shower and washer/dryer. This property is situated in a popular Hove location close to New Church Road, Richardson Road shops, cafes, restaurants along Church Road and just a walk away down to Hove beach and seafront and walking distance to Hove Station. At the bottom of this road is the bus service 700 and along New Church Road is the Number 1 bus service taking you to the other side of the city.

This property also has the benefits from having dual aspect very bright and sunny with its own balcony which is great for those summer evenings. There is also a single pull out mattress suitable for a child to stay.

If you are driving, the parking on the road can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays. It costs around £1 an hour. There is no parking restrictions between 8pm-9am the following day. (On the opposite side of New Church Road, and also nearby Lawrence Road, there is free parking between 11am-7pm too). There will be a machine on the road which takes cash or card, or the easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also by numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.

If you are travelling by train, the closest train station is Hove Station, this is just over a 20 minute walk, or 5 minutes in a taxi. However, if your train is arriving at Brighton station, it will take you around 20-25 minutes on the bus, or around 10 minutes in a taxi.
