Agency administration and referencing fees:
We aim to be transparent as possible when disclosing our services,
procedures and fees charged to tenants. Plymouth Estates is a member of a
redress scheme known as The Property Ombudsman www.tpos.co.uk. Copies of the TPO Code
of practice and our complaint handling procedure are available at 45
Springfield Road, Plymouth, PL9 8EP. Upon reserving a property, applicants will
be required to pay our tenancy set up fee and all of our fees are listed below.
In the event that the landlord declines to grant the tenancy, it will be
refunded to you in full. However the agency tenant set-up fee will be
non-refundable if you decide not to proceed for any reason, or if you fail to
provide complete and accurate information in your application. All of our
client’s money is held in a separate client account. We have Professional
Indemnity Insurance and belong to a Client Money Protection Scheme.
BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:
Tenant set-up fee: £324.00 (including VAT) for up to two
