Those purchasers who reserve off plan will have the opportunity to personalise the specification of their homes. This is a time limited offer however, as the build progresses specification will need to be approved through the schedule.

With its dramatic and historic stretch of Cornish coast The Lizard peninsula, the most southerly part of the British mainland, is a place apart. A combination of the mild maritime climate and complex and unique geology has produced an area with a distinctive character, well known for its rare and unusual flora and where the famous call of the Cornish chough is never far away.

The houses are located a short walk from the village and benefit from sea views to both the east and west of the southern coast of the Lizard Peninsula. One of the most beautiful, unspoilt areas of the southern Cornish coast with amazing coastal scenery it is perfect for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing and as you drive south from Helston it really does feel as if you are entering a different world. National Trust sites on the Lizard range from the dramatic coastal scenery around Lizard Point to the beautiful ancient woodland around the Helford River. Two miles to the north of Lizard Village lies the secluded Kynance Cove, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with its turquoise sea and white sands, hidden from view among towering cliffs. There are many interconnected caves to be explored at low tide but high tide can be quite an exciting experience on a stormy day. A few miles further along this stretch of coast the beautiful picture-postcard harbour at Mullion Cove protects a small fishing fleet from the ferocious Atlantic storms.

The Lizard village itself is a thriving coastal community throughout the year and has a local public house, junior school, nursery, various shops, a doctors surgery, garage, post office, galleries, restaurants, cafes, as well as football and sports clubs. There are several craft shops, gift shops and galleries. This is also an area which boasts a number of scuba diving schools. Since 1751 there has been a lighthouse on Lizard Point, warning shipping of the dangers of this beautiful but treacherous coastline. Just offshore are the Man o' War rocks. Below the point is the Old Lifeboat House.

The Lizard peninsula which is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is rich in history and it is said that the remote location and many creeks allowed smugglers to continue to function here long after their ‘business’ had been successfully eradicated elsewhere.

The ancient market town of Helston (11 miles) is the gateway to the Lizard peninsula and offers a range of supermarkets, senior schooling, sports centre and a general array of shops and so forth. Falmouth (20 miles) and the Cathedral city of Truro (24 miles) offer more comprehensive facilities including private and public sector schooling.

The property will have air source central heating supplying underfloor heating to both ground and first floors. Mains water and drainage will be connected. Council Tax Bands have not yet been assessed.

From Helston take the A3083 towards the Lizard. Follow this road without deviation as signposted for the Lizard. Upon entering the village, turn right directly after reaching the village green car park, taking you on to Lizard Head Lane. Remain on this road for approximately 500 meters where the development is situated on the left hand side, just beyond Hellarcher Farm.
