The rural village of Llanfyrnach is some 1 mile distant. The market village of Crymych some 4 miles. The property is approached off the district roadway via a private track, which accesses a number of properties and all parties contribute to its maintenance.


Directions: From the village of Tegryn, turn by the filling station for Glogue. Once having turned here, take the road for Llwynyrhrwdd Chapel and go down the hill for the chapel. Turn right by the chapel into the track for Llwynyrhwrdd Farm. Go to the fork and bear left and down the incline. On reaching the bottom, the gate to Cwmllwyd will be behind you on the left hand side.

Description: From the access lane, a hardcore track leads into a yard area. Two gateways are located opposite here to a neighbouring block of land and the owners have right of way over the track to the gateways. Access to the field entrance is over the yard area.
