For a single applicant, this is £180.00 (£150.00 plus VAT at 20%).

For additional adult applicants, this is an extra £90.00 (£75.00 plus VAT at 20%) per person.

For guarantors, if required, this is an extra £90.00 (£75.00 plus VAT at 20%) per guarantor also.

All applicants aged 18 years and older are required to pass the reference criteria prior to entry into any tenancy.  We can only agree to a tenancy on behalf of the landlord subject to satisfactory replies from such referees.  A referencing fee is required to secure any proposed rental.

 

REFUND OF FEES

If the letting does not go ahead due to tenant change of mind or default by the prospective tenant or the credit check or references are unsatisfactory, or it becomes apparent that facts given to us in this application prove to be untruthful, we regret that the application fee will not be returned to you.

 

DEPOSITS

The deposit for this property will be one and a half month's rent.  Monies can be paid by Bankers Draft, cash or BACs transfer and will be required to be paid after referencing has been completed.  We currently do not take credit card.

RENT

First month’s rent is paid in advance after referencing has been completed, this is non-refundable should the tenant withdraw before check in but will be counted as the tenants first month’s rent once the tenant has taken possession of the property (the first month’s rent pays for the month you are in the property), and must be paid with cleared funds with Bankers Draft, cash or BACs transfer.
