20 Lynch Road has been our much loved family home for the last 20 years, moving here when our children were young, extending and improving it into our ideal spacious, characterful home. The fully enclosed mature garden has been our pride to create and we have enjoyed many barbecues late into the evenings throughout the summer.The location is perfectly placed to benefit from stunning nearby countryside, a nature reserve, beaches and The Fleet as well as the town, supermarkets, shops, good schools and services.Now our children have moved out we are looking to move closer to them, and although it will be sad to leave, it will give someone the opportunity to put their own stamp on the home and create their own future memories.
