DIRECTIONS From Holt take the A148 towards Sheringham for approximately 6 miles, just before the Roman Camp Inn turn right on to Church Road and after approximately 1 mile turn left on to School Road. Continue along School Road which becomes the Cromer Road for approximately 0.5 mile and then bear right on to Sustead Road. On entering Sustead the property will be found on the Left hand side just before the village green.
