We are looking for a small family or sociable young professional house-mates at this house-share home in Solihull. This house has just been refurbished. There are two fully furnished bed rooms 2 upstairs, a nice bathroom, a living room and a large kitchen. (The upstairs box room is not part of the let as the landlord is using for his storage.)

The house is beautifully presented and well furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. In each of the bedrooms we have a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is 3 miles, but also is great for access to the NEC, and Birmingham Airport, Birmingham City Centre is only 6 miles away.

Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull was awarded the best place to live in 2014 by the UK Quality of Life Index (and came 2nd in 2015)!
